Shipping & Returns

Maison Sunberg offers a 14-day conditional return policy to its valued customers.

Products can be returned for exchange or customers can be refunded within 14 days of delivery date.

Products may be returned due to:

1. The product arrived in damaged condition.
2. A wrong product has been shipped.
3. The product in question is no longer desired.

All returns must comply with following:

1. Maison Sunberg must duly be notified about the desire to either return the product for exchange, or a refund within fourteen (14) days following its order.
2. Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, undamaged, in the original packaging.
3. Maison Sunberg will not accept any returns that have been used or are soiled.
4. Proof of posting is retained for reference. In the absence of such proof, no exchange or refund will be made in case of loss of the parcel.

In the event of a wrong product being delivered to the customer, we would be glad to bear all costs of shipping for the customer. We therefore advise our customers review their orders thoroughly before placing it.

To begin a process for return, customers shall be required to write to us  at order@maisonsunberg.com informing us of the reason.

In case of delivery error or non-compliance with the information contained in the confirmation of order, please contact Maison Sunberg at order@maisonsunberg.com within 48 hours of receipt. In this case, Maison Sunberg supports the return and replacement of the package.

Customers shall be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the date on which he exercised his right of withdrawal.
